Constructed in 1996, the air-conditioned hotel complex with a garden and terrace was completely renovated in 2002/3. It comprises a total of 50 apartments spread across five floors. The hotel's facilities include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange facility, a safe, six lifts, a scenic lift, two cafes, five bars, a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, two shops, and a hairdresser. This hotel is located directly beside the sea, only about 100 m from the nearest beach. Guests will reach bars, restaurants, and shops in about 100 m, while the centre of Puerto de la Cruz lies approximately 1 km away. Transfer time from Tenerife North airport is about 25 minutes, from Tenerife South airport 1 hour.
